What is a BRC (roll-top) fence?
A welded mesh panel whose top and bottom wires are rolled into a smooth, closed edge. It increases rigidity and removes sharp ends, making it ideal for schools, parks and public sites.
How is BRC different from 3D (V-bend) or 358 mesh?
BRC focuses on safety and a rounded edge with standard 50×200 mesh. 3D (V-bend) adds stiffness with V-ribs, and 358 is a high-security anti-climb mesh with very small apertures.
What sizes and finishes do you supply?
Typical mesh is 50×200; panel widths 2.5/3.0 m; heights 1.2–2.4 m (up to 3.0 m on request). Finishes include HDG (ISO 1461) or Zn-Al + polyester powder in green/black/grey or custom RAL.
What posts and fittings are included?
SHS/RHS clamp-bar posts with anti-tamper bolts, caps and labeled fittings. Rails are optional. We can add base plates, spikes or Y-arms with razor/barbed wire if required.
What is the lead time and minimum order?
Stocked sizes ship in about 3–5 days; regular orders 7–15 days depending on color and quantity. No strict MOQ—tell us your list and we’ll optimize packing and cost.
What documents can you provide?
Per-run drawings and BOM, packing lists with kit labels, mill certificates, coating test reports and QA records. CE/EN declarations or custom documents are available on request.
